I found this charge on my bank statement of 29.80 . It might be a gas station in Belleville. That is the only place I used my card so I will have to check the receipt to verify
It is a BP gas station on the corner of 17th & N. Belt West. If you used your card at the pump and never went inside this is how it appears on your statement. It is across the street from a Hardee's & a Ruler food store just before IL161.
