my credit wise app is showing that i owe $62 to UAHSF MSO from 2 months ago and when I google it that is an orthotic and prosthetic place in birmingham in which 1. I have no reason to need a prosthetic and 2. Ive never been there or heard of the place...it made my credit score drop about 30 points because of this bogus charge
I was charged $172 on 04/2014 from UAHSF MSO. I was unaware of this and do not use that hospital. I just found out tonight, 07/13/2019 from Experian that this had been turned over to a collection agency. I never heard anything from a collection agency and I don't need prosthetics or orthopedics. You can bet I'll be calling the collection agency tomorrow! I have been the victim of identity theft and credit care fraud since 2006 and am dealing with 3 from last week.
It just appeared in my Credit Report as “ UAHSF MSO” was the original Creditor and issue has been resolved by Lender!” I just saw this, but I’m going to use one of these offers from providers/retailers/etc with data leaks so they give you free credit monitoring for 6 months to 2 years or something. I will alert the Credit Monitoring Agency about this issue.
I just saw it on my free credit reporting system from my credit union for May 2025. UAHSF MSO is listed as the original Provider/Retailer/Medical/etc.
