Please note that credit card informations are not saved so we can't and don't do automatic renewal. If you do not recognize a charge from us either your card has been leaked on the Internet or one of your familly member used your card to renew his / your account.

I also have noticed those charges on my debit card a few times a month. i have told my bank and they cant or wont help me at all..... i dont understand how they are able to withdrawl my money and my bank apparently cant help me? they keep telling me i need to contact them myself.... very frustrating...
