I just called and was told the $14.95 was a membership fee--monthly!! I cancelled and hope it truly is cancelled. Did not know I was signing up for a membership when I ordered a couple things.
I discovered this charge and called to find out that I have a membership fee. I do not shop Carol Wright and don't need/want a membership. I was very angry with these people for charging me.

Been receiving a $14.95 charge every month since December. Inquired what I purchased. Was told she didn't know, but it was on 11/4/2019. There is no charge from your company at all in October or November. Requesting 14.95 for December through March.
Just caught $14.95 charge from my card services app, going back they have been charging me every month for at least six months. Underhanded, never do business with these people!
If you call your bank and speak with a banker, they will file a fraudulent claim and get your money back for you.
Just noticed I have been charged $19.95 each month since February 5,2021. Made a one time order from Carol Wright on December 19, 2021. I didn't sign up for anything and haven't received any benefits from the monthly $19.95 charge.
On the 4th phone number, someone finally said it was a membership in their identity thief program. I cancelled it.
I just discovered this $14.95 recurring charge on my mother's last 3 bank statements. She has no memory of ever ordering from this company. Luckily, I called customer service and they cancelled the "membership". What a SCAM!!!
