UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE Today as I was checking my bank account, I saw an unidentified charge for $199.99 on Sept 17, 2015. It chowed on the bank Transaction Details/description CHECKCARD 0916 SND*GSP PLUS SF 877-637-7911. I attempted to contact the number (877) 637-7911 and its line is disconnected. I will investigate this unauthorized charge with my bank institution.
This is a legitimate charge from Best Buy Geeksquad. It is the deductible for replacing a lost cell phone.
I purchased a cell phone from Best Buy and have not received it. When I call the 877 number I am shunted to a drug or alcohol treatment service. Best Buy needs to get its house in order.
