This is a charge from Service NSW whether you booked a drivers test or anything else related. If it was charged without your knowledge either you forgot or someone stole your card info (unlikely since who is gonna steal a card just to pay for a booking fee)

As shark already previously said above, this IS the same as StarApps when seen on a bank invoice. They also continue to charge me, at random, AT MINIMUM once a week at the price of 19.99.
The email address associated with this "invoice" in my inbox is contact@devroqapps.com, and their "company name" is GLine LLC.
I am contacting my bank as we speak, to block the reoccurring automatic withdrawals.
